When a principal ships product, you typically receive a copy of the invoice. If an order has been previously entered, this invoice can match up against the order on a line-by-line basis. If you do not track orders or the invoice is against an order not already entered in the WinRep, invoices can be entered as a stand-alone shipment. WinRep can also import invoice information that you receive electronically, saving hours of data entry time.
