Meaningful groups of customers and contacts can be defined in the system. Use these groups for special mailing lists, for filtering report information or to make it easier to find someone. Global or user specific groups can be defined. Filter values can be specified for things such as state, responsible sales rep, SIC code, territory, sales branch, etc.
