When printing quotes, samples and literature requests, a user is prompted to choose a date to follow up on the activity. The user can assign this follow-up to themselves or to other users on the WinRep system. The follow-up tab on the user's home page collects these "to do's" and notifies the user when appropriate. Entering a literature request for a customer automatically generates a task for you or another in your office to fulfill the request. Build a list of literature to send to a customer from the WinRep Literature Library. A record of the request and its fulfillment is kept in WinRep as a stand-alone activity, or attached to an opportunity. You are able to report to your supplier which customers/prospects received literature.
